Appendix 3. Interview guide
The following questions (and follow-up questions based on the responses) were used to understand participants’ thoughts
on the usability aspects of the web-based course accessed on their own devices. The enumerated questions were adapted
from Nie et al. (2020). Invited experts were asked 11 questions related to usability in round 1, and older adults representing
the intended users were asked 15 questions related to usability in round 2. The interviews were audio-recorded to enable
transcription and further analysis.
