               The  area of  natural  light coefficient  2.0%  of  the   dining room, is sufficient after the renovation, while
               residential building before the renovation is large,   the distribution of light is more even.
               and the indoor light is dim, while the natural light   (iii) The heat insulation performance of the envelope
               coefficient of the public space, such as living room and   structure is obviously improved
