Abstract
This review highlights the importance of weight management in supporting metabolic
health and healthy aging. By taking into account the genetic, environmental, and
behavioral factors, effective weight management strategies can help reduce the risk of
metabolic disorders and improve overall quality of life. The aging process is a multifaceted
