pressure to Falcon tubes to deliver microscaffolds and sheath liquid to microfluidic chip. Valve
block controls on-chip valves to singularize passing BBs based on fluorescence detected by

photodiode. Microscope stage moves well plate from well to well. Central control is done via
Python software.
