Figure A1. A multi-state model was constructed to examine the hazard of death from the date of enrolment, incorporating the effect of TLW response
category as a covariate. The model partitions each patient’s survival into transitions between the following states: Event free, Responder, LV-progressor,
HV-progressor, and Death. The transitions hazard plot shows the hazard over time for the following transitions: Responder-> Death, LV-progressor->
Death, and HV-progressor->Death. The Responder->Death group exhibited a consistently lower hazard of death at any time point from enrolment
compared with the LV-progressor-> Death and HV-progressor->Death.
Abbreviations: HV-Prog: High-volume progressor; LV-Prog: Low-volume progressor; Resp: Responder; TLW: Traffic light workflow.
