12% of the wells not forming a spheroid. While there was no significant difference between

               these groups (p-value = 0.916), the type of bottom shape had a significant influence (p-value =
               0.0016) on the formation of a spheroid (Figure 7 e). 7 days after the initial seeding, the number

               of formed spheroids had remained unchanged, indicating that if no spheroid formation had
               occurred within 24h, it would not occur at a later stage anymore.
