Figure 3. Distribution of spontaneously occurring GTCS and FLC in different treatment groups during the study period after LiP-induced SE. (A) FLC in LiP
controls and rats pre-treated with LOS, ENP and AT. (B) GTCS in LiP controls and rats pre-treated with LOS, ENP and AT. (C) FLC in LiP controls and rats
post-treated with LOS and AT. (D) GTCS in LiP controls and rats post-treated with LOS and AT. Data presented in scatter plot are the total number of seizures
experienced in the study group on indicated day. Hence, n is variable depending on the number of rats experiencing FLC or GTCS on that particular day.
Abbreviations: LiP: Lithium-pilocarpine; LOS: Losartan; AT: Atenolol; ENP: Enalapril; GTCS: Generalized tonic clonic seizures; FLC: Forelimb clonus.

            pre-treatment. (C) LOS post-treatment. (D) ENP pre-treatment. (E) AT pre-treatment. (F) AT post-treatment. Data presented is total duration of FLC or
GTCS for the study group on indicated day.
Abbreviations: LiP: Lithium-pilocarpine; LOS: Losartan; AT: Atenolol; ENP: Enalapril; GTCS: Generalized tonic clonic seizures; FLC: Forelimb clonus.
